• 1 lb Manda Sausage
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 3 tbps butter
  • water

Cooking Instructions

    Cut sausage into bite sized pieces. Dice the onion and green onions. Peel potatoes and slice into thin strips.

    In a pot, melt the butter and saute the onions over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the sausage and saute for an additional 5 minutes.

    Add the potatoes and add enough water to cover the potatoes. Cook over medium heat for 35 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste.
