In a skillet, saute the onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
Once sauteed, add the roast beef and cook for 1 minute to get the roast hot.
Add the cheese to the top of the beef and vegetables and let it cook in the skillet until the cheese is melted.
Place these ingredients on the bread and top with remoulade sauce.
