  • 1 lb Manda Sausage
  • 1/2 cup Manda Diced Ham
  • 1 lb black-eyed peas
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 4 cups water

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the sausage, onion, and bell pepper.

    In a large pot, brown the sausage over medium-high heat. Once browned, remove from the pot.

    Brown the onion and bell pepper. Then add the sausage back to the pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Season to taste.

    Cook at a simmer for a little over 1 hour or until the black-eyed peas are tender.
