  • red bell pepper
  • yellow bell pepper
  • onion
  • remoulade sauce
  • french bread

    Slice the onion and equal amounts of red and yellow peppers into small strips.

    Cut the sausage into 1/4 inch slices.

    Saute the sausage, peppers and onions until browned.
