• 1 lb Manda sausage
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups water
  • crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 3 cups cooked rice or pasta

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breast, onion, and bell pepper into small strips. Cut the sausage into bite sized pieces.

    In a skillet, season and brown the chicken breast over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

    Add the sausage, onions, and bell pepper and continue browning for an additional 5 minutes.

    Add the mushrooms and stir in the cream of chicken and the water. Season with red pepper flakes. Brink to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook, stirring often, for 10 minutes.

    Add the broccoli and cook another 5 minutes. Mix in desired amount of cooked rice or cooked noodles.
