Louisiana Cane Syrup Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 Manda Ham (half or whole)
  • 1 cup Louisiana cane syrup
  • 1 cup root beer
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • ground cloves
  • ground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together the syrup, root beer, brown sugar, and mustard.

    Squeeze the juice from the orange and add it to the syrup mixture.

    Sprinkle in the cloves and cinnamon to taste.

    Lay the ham in a baking dish and spread the syrup mixture over the ham.

    Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake at 300 degrees for 3-4 hours for a whole ham or 2-3 hours for a half ham.
